We just wanted to send out a reminder this week on the importance of our Warranty Prior Authorization process. Before any work is done to an ATC vehicle, a Prior Authorization Form needs to be completed and submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We only cover work and parts that have been submitted, before work is done.
Please refer to the Max Rate Chart for a list of work and hours that are covered under warranty work.
The next time you open the form, you can simple click on “Reset Form” to start with a fresh form.
Prior authorizations are critical to our service department. This process can help us quickly locate the vehicle history, build specs, and speed up the process for the customer.
